I highly recommend Made’s Plumbing! I called to ask a question and Ben patiently walked me through a few things I could do over the phone. As if that wasn’t enough, he offered to stop by ( that same day) as soon as he finished the job he was on. (Over the phone and in person)Ben was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I will not hesitate to use Made’s Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

Having a slab leak is stressful for a homeowner. This company went above and beyond my expectations and made some thing that was stressful, stress-free. The crew was professional, respectful, on time, detail oriented, and we’re cautious in making sure the contents of the home were protected from the grime of concrete dust and dirt. I highly recommend them and if the need ever arises will definitely use them again!

I experienced a leak in my house in my water filtration system attributed to the level of water pressure coming into the house (it was too high). I needed a pressure relief valve installed. I called one company and received a very high quote including service that was not necessary. I called Made's and Ben came out that afternoon. We discussed the issue, he gave me a very reasonable quote and started right then on the repair. He finished everything off the next morning. Service, quality, and professionalism was excellent. Highly recommend him!!

Ben actually discovered a leak on my property while he was working on my next door neighbor's bursted pipe in their yard. He knocked on my door and told me he thought I had a leak and he quickly figured out where it was. He called his excavation crew who came right out to assist him with digging up parts of the ground that needed to be exposed in order for him to access the pipes. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and showed everything to me the whole step of the way so that way I knew what was going on. I also feel like Ben gave me a fair and honest price. I didn't feel taken advantage of. He stayed on the job all day (about 10 hrs) until it got done and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He then followed up the next day to make sure the excavation crew had re done the sidewalk, cleaned up, and put everything back that it was initially. I highly recommend Made's Plumbing!!!

Ben was great I called early in the morning asked if they could come out the same day and they did. He was responsive, gave me a time of 12-2 and around 1 he let me know they were still working in a job but would be right over once completed. Gave me a new eta and texted me letting me know when they were on their way. They cleared the drain quickly, were friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend, will be using again!

Ben and his crew have been fantastic to us this last year beginning with that week of freezing weather. From fixing busted pipes, toilets, shower piping, and outside faucets, they have been professional and thorough in their work. After some research my wife and I reached out to Made's about our master bathroom toilet that was on its last legs, we definitely were not disappointed. Thank you Ben and your partner (his name is skipping my mind right now) for doing an amazing job, not trying to load us up with stuff we didn't need and not leaving a single piece of trash or debris behind. Ben and his helper were great! I had a toilet overflowing so to avoid more damage, I turned off the water and suspected a sewer blockage. I called Made's and Ben put me on the same day schedule even though he already had other jobs lined up. They finished the other jobs earlier and came to the rescue! Very professional, helpful and fair. They went the extra mile and checked the root cause of the problem so they not just fixed the blockage but they also repair the sewer pipe that was broken and caused the issue in the first place. I recommend Made's Plumbing 100%!

Ben showed up early (after calling to make sure that was okay). He and his crew did a great job diagnosing our plumbing issue, fixing it and cleaning up afterwards. He also went over how we could prevent issues in the future. His pricing was low in my opinion considering the amount of time/work it took to complete repairs.

Ben & Keoni went WAY above "above & beyond" for us in detecting & repairing our water leak. My husband & I woke up horrified to water coming up through our slab & hardwood floors & went to bed with total peace of with mind---& of course with our water restored & our leak repaired.

Made's was at our house within an hour of our early morning call & worked diligently isolating water lines etc., to determine the location of our VERY tricky leak. They even returned the same evening--after hours & after completing their other jobs for the day-- and worked until the leak was found & fully repaired.

Wow! Talk about amazing service. Yesterday I called in the am about a split in a spigot pipe. They fit me in, got to my place. Called to give me a summary and their thoughts about the fix. Within two hours, the spigot was fixed and I sent them their fee (very reasonable) via electronic payment. They will be my plumbers! They should be yours too!!

Absolutely Amazing! I called in on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Ben about my plumbing issue. I had spoke with 2 other companies prior to him and felt like I was not getting accurate information. Ben came out Monday morning and completed the job. He went above and beyond! Ben was prompt, professional, and proficient. Most importantly he was transparent and affordable. We called early this morning due to an emergency with out leaking faucet and valves and while they did show up later, their communication was terrific and they stayed until the job was done. We truly could not recommend them more!

Called at 8:00 am looking for help. We had a main line sewer backup. Talked to Ben and he said he could fit me in between 3 -5 but then he asked what was going on and when he heard what we had going on he knew we were in trouble; he asked if we lived in Arlington. Ben came over to fix what we thought was going to be a fairly simple issue that ended up being an all day job. He was at my place from 10:30 in the morning and didn’t leave until after 7pm, he explained everything as he went and was more than fair in his pricing. Ben came to my home to repair a busted pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He was very professional and was very thorough explaining what he saw and what needed to be done. We had a water backup and Ben came out. He very quickly assessed the situation, digging in the mud in the freezing cold to find the problem. Roots in the sewer line. He was in contact with the City who didn't believe there was a line where Ben found one. Ben kept on and got the City to get involved. Ben is easy to work with and his rates are reasonable. The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge! I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions. He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work. He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises. I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

After a wknd of not using the master bathroom toilet and tub due to backup in toilet/tub, I used Angie’s List to choose Made’s Plumbing for our repair. First thing Monday morning I was able to speak with Ben to receive an estimate and discuss the problem. The repairs were explained and I learned a lot about the state of our system. I have found my new plumber! First, I called the city to let them know that the sewer was backing up into my shower and the toilets were very, very slow to clear. The city came out within an hour of my call after inspecting the cleanout they told me the problem was past what they could do. I called Made’s Plumbing and Ben called me back promptly saying he would be out late in the afternoon. Ben came assessed the problem and got to work. He was able to fix the problem in a timely manner, throughout the process he let me know what he was doing and why. He was very polite and easy to work with. I will be calling him again when I need a plumber! Best of all, his prices were reasonable.

Can't say enough good things about Ben & his employees. Briefly: total replacement of about 75' of main sewer line UNDER the foundation of our house. Cast iron pipe completely collapsed in two places. This is not a cheap job no matter who does it but Ben bid a good $10-20,000 (yes that's thousands) under three other companies. His contracted digging team tunneled in, he and his helper went in and replaced everything, then the crew backfilled the tunnel. Can't even tell they were here...they even replaced the bricks perfectly they had to pull from my patio. All done with permits, city inspection, and an engineering study (required by code); no off-the-books illegal stuff some people encouraged me to do to save money. Ben explained everything in terms I could understand, was cordial and respectful. Even his dog was cool. Oh, and he also replaced a water heater for me a few weeks before this dig and did it $1,200 cheaper than the last company that replaced it! By all means, call this company if you need any plumbing work done.

Called Ben early morning and he was very helpful! We needed a replacement toilet and he was prompt, effective and very professional in his work and customer service. I will be using his service in the future!

We were plagued with leaky faucets in the shower and an exterior faucet on the side of the house. I found Made’s Plumbing from google. I called Ben 7am in the morning and he was able to fit me into the schedule of the day. He stopped by and took a look and gave me his diagnostic of the problem and what he would do if I were to accept his proposal. His cost was very reasonable and was very professional in how he carried himself.

He had trouble taking apart the shower handle at first because the set screw was stripped and he had to saw it off. Above that, the brass adjusting stick inside that was used for adjusting the temperature broke off due to age and the whole thing was stuck. He fought to pull out the stuck piece for a bit. I was amazed he was able to get it out TBH, if it’s not for his experience and go-getting attitude, many plumbers would have gave up and suggest other more invasive approach. After that frustrating blocker got out of the way, he was able to swap out the shower handle and fix the other problems on our old house shower in less than 10-15 minutes.

After that he went worked on the exterior garden faucet that had been leaking for some time. As I said, the house is old and the pipes were rusted and stuck. Again he fought it and was able to get it out and swap out an extremely nice anti-freeze faucet for me.

He work very cleanly, was very respectful to the home owner by wearing the shoe cover the entire time, and cleanup the place after his work. He did not overcharge me for his time and hard work on getting this seemingly easy but turned out to be much more difficult job. Like I said, extremely professional. He gave me a very trustworthy feeling where I can definitely rely on him to fix any our house’s plumbing issues.

Overall I highly, highly recommend Made’s Plumbing! 👍👍 I give him two thumbs up!

Ben came through and did a great job. When I originally called him he took time and answered questions that I had. He was genuine and professional and got the job done at a good price. I will be using them again in the future.

I would highly recommend this company for any job from minor toilet issues to big jobs as they had to remove the concrete from our office bathroom floor and completely replace old pipe that broke and flooded our building. From minor to big jobs they know what they are doing, correct the issue and get straight to the point. They are very reasonable and professional. Not to mention they are very clean and sterile with there technique as they not only fixed the major problems our building had but also cleaned up after they were finished as if nothing had ever happened. We had detected a leak at our water meter and it was determined that it was on our side of the meter. Ben was super responsive and was able to squeeze us into his already packed day. He explained all the possibilities and was extremely professional and friendly. Once he identified the problem, they got to work quickly and efficiently while ensuring quality repairs were made.
